Protein Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients:
- 200g of protein pasta
- 150g of canned tuna in olive oil, drained
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g of spinach leaves
- 30ml of olive oil
- 10g of fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 20g of grated Parmesan cheese
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- large pot
- strainer
- frying pan
- mixing bowl
- wooden spoon
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the protein pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the drained tuna and spinach to the frying pan, cooking until the spinach wilts and everything is heated through.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the frying pan with the tuna mixture.
- Toss everything together to combine well, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle in the fresh basil.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
